These terms describe how you may use OSMS (One Stop Meme Shop) at osms.ai, run by One Stop Meme Shop LLC. Using the site means you agree to them.

What OSMS is

OSMS is a place to find, keep and send memes. You can browse the shared library, save favorites and collections, import your own pictures and send them to friends.

Who can use OSMS

You must be at least 18 years old to use OSMS.

Your Pocket and account

You don’t need to sign up. On your first visit OSMS makes you a Pocket linked to this browser, with a random name you can change. If you clear this browser’s data, remove the Pocket from this browser or lose the device, the Pocket cannot be recovered, so keep your own copies of anything you care about. If you sign in with an email code, your favorites and collections are kept with that email account so you can use them on other devices. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Your content

• When you save a picture you import, the save screen starts on “Shared library”. Pick “Private” there to keep it in My Pocket; you can change it later.
• When you share a picture to the shared library, anyone visiting OSMS can see, save, copy and send it. Your name is not shown unless you turn on “Show my name on things I share to the library”; even then only approved members see it. (Approved members’ own first names may be shown to other approved members.)
• You can withdraw a shared picture at any time. Copies that other people already saved or sent are not recalled.
• When you share a picture to the shared library, you give One Stop Meme Shop LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store it, make smaller preview and motion copies of it, and show it to other users for as long as it stays shared. You keep ownership. The permission ends when you withdraw the picture, except for copies other people already saved or sent.
• Only share pictures you have the right to share.
• OSMS has an adult sense of humor: edgy, dark, crude and offensive-to-some jokes are welcome. Do not upload pornography, graphic gore or real death footage, targeted harassment of a person, content that glorifies hateful ideologies or is mainly meant to degrade a group of people, other people’s private information, or anything illegal. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
• Automatic details are on by default: OSMS sends copies of your pictures, and for clips the sound of the part you picked, a few still frames and a limited part of the words saved with it, to outside services to suggest details, as described on the Privacy page. You can turn this off anytime. Suggestions can be wrong.
• Workshop picture changes (Change words, Remove text, Clean up) send the part you pick to an outside image model, as described on the Privacy page. Results can be imperfect, and the changed area is rebuilt, not original; saved versions are marked as AI-edited. Don’t use them to remove a creator’s credit, a copyright notice or a stock-photo watermark from a picture you don’t own the rights to.

Copyright

If you believe something on OSMS infringes your copyright, see the Copyright & DMCA page. Repeat infringers may lose access.

What we do not promise

OSMS is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your saves intact, but we cannot promise it will always work or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

Deleting your account

Email legal@osms.ai from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. For a browser Pocket, follow the steps on the Privacy page while you can still open it in your browser, so we can confirm it is yours. We delete it, with your favorites, collections and private imports, within 30 days. Pictures you shared to the library are withdrawn at the same time; copies other people already saved stay with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes

We may change these terms as OSMS grows. Significant changes will be noted on this page.

Updated October 31, 2026: Workshop picture changes. Earlier (October 30): browser Pockets without sign-up, automatic details on by default, imports starting on Shared library, the content rules above, and a minimum age of 18.
