OSMS respects the rights of creators. If you believe a picture on OSMS infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.

How to send a takedown notice

Email legal@osms.ai with:

• The work you believe is infringed (a description or a link to the original).
• The OSMS link or picture name of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
• Your name, mailing address, email address and, if you like, a phone number.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices and remove or disable access to material that infringes. The person who shared it may be told that it was removed and why.

Counter notices

If your picture was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, for our address).

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly share infringing material may lose access to OSMS.
